Kirstyn Gawel

Kirstyn started her real estate career in 2013 and joined Andrea Harrington & Associates in 2014. She acts as our team's lead Buyer's Agent where she performs custom home searches for clients, facilitates home tours, and manages all aspects of the transaction from start to finish once under contract. Prior to becoming a full-time agent, Kirstyn worked on the operational side as the team's licensed Transaction Coordinator. During this time, she helped manage hundreds of real estate transactions. This experience allowed her to learn all aspects of the buying & selling side of real estate in a very short time. Kirstyn strives to educate and always communicate with her clients so that they are confident and informed throughout the process of buying or selling their home. Her goal is to help you reach yours! As a native to Delaware, Kirstyn is very familiar with the Delaware market. She currently resides in Middletown, DE with her husband, daughter, and their dogs Lucy & Leah.
