Linda is a seasoned real estate professional with nearly 30 years of experience in residential sales, appraising, and property management. She began her career in 1993 as a real estate appraiser and earned her real estate sales license in 1997, expanding her expertise into property management and residential sales.
Linda has extensive experience working with investors, buyers, sellers, and tenants, providing knowledgeable guidance rooted in strong market analysis and valuation. Her background in appraising gives her a unique perspective on property value, allowing her to help clients make informed decisions and achieve the best possible outcome, whether buying or selling.
A lifelong resident of North Wilmington, Linda and her husband are proud to still call the area home. She has long been active in her community through Trinity Presbyterian Church and other local outreach efforts, reflecting her strong commitment to service and helping others.
Outside of real estate, Linda enjoys spending time with family and friends. She is the proud mother of two grown daughters and happily embraces her role as “Grandmom” to three grand dogs and one grand cat.
