Kristy Mottola

Kristy has been a licensed real estate agent in Delaware since 2003. In her many years of selling homes, her experience has become invaluable to The Mottola Group. Kristy is hands-on in every aspect of the business, from assisting buyers to find their ideal new home to working side-by-side with her brother-in-law, Stephen, where she performs a dual function of managing the details of client needs such as working hands on with sellers to prepare their home for listing, inspections and closings; as well as managing the range of Mottola Group agents’ needs from marketing to new real estate technology. Because of this breadth and depth of knowledge, she is the go-to for her clients. Her invaluable expertise ensures that The Mottola Group clients have a smooth home sale and purchase experience.

Kristy resides in North Wilmington with her husband and their two sons. She enjoys volunteer work including The Christmas Shop Foundation/Perfect Gift which has been benefiting Delaware charities for nearly 100 years and also as a member of the St. Mary Magdalen School Board.
