Nancy Greenberg

Nancy Greenberg is a licensed Realtor®, Senior Transition Specialist, and project consultant. Nancy has been representing clients in New Castle County, Delaware, and Chester County, Pennsylvania since 2003. Nancy approaches each client’s search for a home with creativity, knowledge and enthusiasm. Additionally, she specializes in meeting the needs of aging customers when selling, buying, relocating, or “right sizing.”

Utilizing the resources of the Mottola Group, Compass Real Estate, and her experience in interior decorating, organizing, staging, remodeling and renovations, Nancy assists her clients in making smart decisions by providing them with the best options and information regarding their real estate transactions. Nancy is an old house enthusiast, living in a circa 1800 home. Nancy is active in her church community and is also passionate about gardening, traveling, renovating projects and family, especially her new grandchildren!
