Marisela (Lita) Loessner

Having grown up in Boothwyn, PA, Lita spent most of her childhood in the Wilmington area. After high school, Lita joined the Air National Guard & moved to Delaware; immediately adopting it as her home and a place to raise a family.  After living in Rehoboth for three years with her two school-aged boys, Lita decided to move back to the Wilmington area and began searching for a new home.  

Although Lita had a great relationship with my realtor, she never felt that her needs and wants were clearly understood. That’s when she decided to get her real estate license. Lita knows the market, the neighborhoods, and most importantly, has an undeniable desire to help others find a home that would be a perfect fit.

Lita’s background in customer service and in the construction industry is a priceless asset when working with clients, and in understanding the home buying process from searching for homes through inspections.  

Being involved with the community through schools and various organizations, has made my transition into real estate enjoyable and rewarding.
