Passion & dedication is what Maria brings to each client as a Delaware Real Estate Agent. Maria joined Andrea Harrington & Associates in 2016 as a bilingual client-intake specialist and quickly became licensed in 2017. Whether a first-time home buyer, a repeat buyer, or an experienced investor, she listens carefully to her client’s goals, concerns, and dreams and customize her services to the individual needs of each client. Maria strongly believes that’s the best part of being a Real Estate Agent - guiding each client and watching them achieve their goals and exceed their expectations. Maria is fully immersed throughout all stages, including getting clients pre-approved, helping them build their credit, creating a game plan and guiding them to the finish line. Whether it takes 6 months or 2 years, she ensures her clients get to the closing table successfully. 

Prior to becoming a Real Estate Agent, Maria worked as an Executive Administrative Assistant at a pharmaceutical company for 6 years. This experience helped her obtain well-developed communication and customer service skills that she continues to utilize to this day. In addition, Maria opened a small family cleaning business at the young age of 18.

When she is not busy, you’ll find her spending time with her husband and wonderful son - watching Netflix, ordering from Amazon, planning and decorating for family parties, and keeping up with the stock market. Maria is a dedicated mom, wife, and daughter who is working hard to leave a lasting legacy in both her personal and professional life.
