Lynn Kuttruff

Lynn has been helping clients sell and purchase homes since 2015 specializing in New Castle County, DE and Chester County, PA.  Known for her high level of customer service and exceeding client expectations, Lynn has built a strong reputation in the industry.   Licensed in both Delaware and Pennsylvania Lynn has sold homes as far south as the Delaware Beach area and in a wide swath of Chester County. 

Prior to changing careers, Lynn spent nearly 30 years in financial services at MBNA, Bank of America, and PayPal.  Her expertise in marketing, contract negotiations, product management and credit has proven valuable to her many real estate clients. She also brings personal and professional experience purchasing, selling, and renovating multiple homes, ranging from new construction to historic!

In her spare time, Lynn volunteers for the Ronald McDonald House  (sitting on the Development Committee),  the Delaware Community Foundation and spent years volunteering for Read-Aloud Delaware.   Lynn also volunteers for the boards of her neighborhood associations and enjoys gardening and spending time on the beach with her family and dog. 

After graduating from the University of Delaware, Lynn has lived in several homes in New Castle County, Chester County and Bethany Beach.  Lynn looks forward to helping old and new friends with all of their real estate needs!
