Dan Frampton

After many years of working in the construction industry, Dan Frampton brings a different angle to a real estate transaction.  He understands what it takes to get the best deal possible for his clients. 

As a project manager of a General Contracting company for over 10 years, Dan has accumulated a wealth of knowledge as it relates to home construction and maintenance.  With this knowledge he provides an incredible resource for his clients.  Owning a home is a huge life event. Dan tends to look at things differently and provides his clients with valuable information in order for them to make the best decision whether it be a first home, third home or investment property.  

Dan is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Delaware and hold memberships with Sussex County Board of Realtors, New Castle County Board of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.  Growing up at the beach in Lewes Delaware allows Dan to have a great feel for the Delaware beach real estate market.  No matter where you are located in Delaware, Dan has got you covered.  In his free time Dan likes to spend time with his wife and kids on Broadkill Beach and enjoying the rides at Funland in Rehoboth Beach.
