Chris joined real estate, after over 17 years in financial services. He was also a small business owner and sat on the boards for St. Francis Hospital Foundation, Wilmington Friends School, and the Concord Soccer Association. He uses his extensive experience in customer service, management, operations, project management, lending, and technology to help his clients find a new home. Chris has a wide knowledge of the Delaware, Pennsylvania area, having grown up in Delaware and graduated from the University of Delaware. He has lived in North Wilmington, Newark, Mill Creek, Pike Creek, Centreville, Greenville, and Rehoboth Beach. He has extensive experience in purchasing, selling, building, and renovating numerous homes, ranging from new construction to large and small-scale renovation.
Chris is also very active in the local community, having volunteered in many local youth sports leagues as a coach, organizer, director, equipment manager, field liner, or whatever the job that needed to be done. He also played in the New Castle County adult soccer league for over 30 years.
