Ann Leahy

A 35 year resident of Cape May County and licensed Realtor® for over 20 years, Ann possesses a keen knowledge of the local real estate market, both inland and along the barrier islands of Stone Harbor, Avalon, Sea Isle, Ocean City, Cape May, and The Wildwoods. She is committed to ensuring that each client has personalized attention and a successful result in selling or purchasing a property. Building a relationship and trust with a client to help put them at ease through the buying or selling stages is very important to her. Real-time responses, and more importantly, accurate responses to clients' questions and concerns over complex and interrelated issues such as Riparian Claims and others have been a key to her long-term success. Ann has built long-term relationships with local individuals in the fields of engineering, zoning, development, construction, legal, and inspection consulting which are important to structuring high-quality transactions.

Ann is a lifetime member of the NJAR Distinguished Sales Club and a multi-year recipient of the NJAR Million Dollar Sales Club Award. She is a past president of the Cape May County Habitat for Humanity, a past member of the Cape May County MLS Community Services Committee, a member of the Stone Harbor Women's Civic Club, and a member of the Yacht Club of Stone Harbor. Ann is a graduate of the University of Delaware and an active member of AXO Sorority. She enjoys giving back to the community that has given so much happiness to her and her family.
